HRM Apartments is a family-owned and operated property management company founded by Dennis Homel. Dennis grew up on a small dairy farm, cultivating his strong work ethic and deep-rooted values. He later earned a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point. Dennis's foray into the real estate world began with purchasing a single duplex at the age of 30. Having discovered his passion, he joined the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) and enhanced his managerial skills through related coursework and experience. Five years into his journey, at 35, he acquired his real estate license. Immediately, he began assisting buyers and sellers in the ever-complex multifamily investment industry.
