Here's how you will receive each one of your benefits in your RBP. If you have any questions, visit our help center. If you need any help, contact support.   

Move Guide — Once your lease is signed, your personalized Move Guide link lets you set up utilities, internet, and moving services all in one place.

Resident Rewards Program — Pay rent on time and earn points, gift cards, and exclusive offers through the Piñata app, which you'll get access to via your welcome email.

Credit Building — No action needed — your on-time rent payments are reported to build your credit, typically showing on your report 90 days after enrollment.

On-Demand Pest Control — Request service for any covered pest issue through Pest Share's provider network, backed by a 30-day warranty.

Air Filter Delivery — No action needed. If your home requires filters, you'll get your first delivery within 30 days and ongoing shipments on a regular schedule.

Identity Theft Protection — Your Aura account, covering up to $1M in identity protection plus Dark Web monitoring, is set up automatically. Just watch for the confirmation email. If you don't receive one, access it here.

Renters Insurance Program — If you're on the master policy you're already covered and will get your Evidence of Insurance in 45–60 days; if using your own policy, you'll upload it for verification.
