Clifford Broughton is Founder and CEO of Clover Hill Property Management. Prior to launching Clover Hill Property Management, Clifford, spent 23 years in the Welding industry. In 2022, Clifford resigned from his Welding Company of 11 years and decided to devote himself full-time to real estate. He looks back on his time in Corporate America as a welder with gratitude and appreciation for teaching him the fundamentals and how big business works, which led him in the space he's in now. Clifford started MTL Properties in 2019, which started as an investment company and transitioned into Clover Hill Property Management but still offering investment opportunities as a sector of the business. Clifford is passionate and finds fulfillment in real estate. One of his biggest rewards come in the form of various relationships he has been able to foster over the years with investors, attorneys, homeowners and other business relationships.
