Rail Trail Village

The Rail Trail Village features studio and one bedroom apartments. The units range in size between approximately 450 and 900 square feet. Each apartment is designed with quality products and workmanship. Each apartment includes modern mini-split heating and air conditioning, with tenant controlled thermostat. Each beautifully designed apartment features commercial grade flooring that is water and stain resistant, wood cabinetry, and granite or stone counters in the kitchens and bathrooms. All kitchens have stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Energy efficient LED lighting including recessed lights and decorative fixtures adorn each apartment. Most one bedroom apartments include hook-ups for washer and dryer. Cable and Wi-Fi service is included in the rent and each unit receives their own cable boxes and modem/router.
