This system is Certified by IAPMO R&T to meet NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for Structural Integrity / Material Safety / System Performance and the reduction of Chlorine, Tastes and Odors. This filter is also certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for the reduction of contaminants listed on the performance data sheet when used in this system. This system has been tested according to NSF/ANSI standards 42 and 53 for the reduction of the substances listed below. The concentration of the indicated substances in water entering the system was reduced to a concentration less than or equal to the permissible limit for water leaving the system, as specified on NSF/ANSI standards 42 and 53.

The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water filter are not necessarily in all users’ water. The system and installation shall comply with applicable state and local regulations. Do not use with water that is micro- biologically unsafe or of unknown quality. Read and follow instructions before installation and the use of this product. Refrigerator filters must be replaced every six months, at rated capacity, or sooner if a noticeable reduction of flow rate occurs.
