It’s a common metric among service-based companies, and you’ve almost certainly seen a pop-up asking you to rate your own satisfaction on a one to ten scale. NPS is powerful because it doesn’t just give you an average satisfaction score; it categorizes customers as promoters, neutral, or detractors, giving you a more comprehensive picture of how satisfied they are.
