The 2026 NARPM Annual Conference just wrapped up at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and Second Nature is proud to have been named Affiliate of the Year for a record eighth time.
Second Nature is incredibly grateful to the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and to the entire NARPM board, for this recognition. Brad Randall, owner of Welch-Randall Property Management, was named volunteer of the year, and the Florida State Chapter received the chapter of the year award.
Delivering a VIP experience
Second Nature once again ran its annual VIP experience to recognize all the hard-working PMs in our industry. Every VIP got two tokens to play at our custom claw machine, where they could win exclusive Second Nature swag, or win one of our three grand prizes: a Playstation 5, a Nintendo Switch 2, or an XBox Series X.

We also took fifty brave PMs on a sunrise nature walk at Red Rock Canyon state park. They rose before daybreak, departing for the canyon at 5:45 AM on Tuesday and returning for the first conference session of the day. They had the option of a half mile boardwalk trail or a 1.5 mile hike.
This year, we gave property managers the power to choose their own adventure from three premium perks: drink vouchers to any of three bars on property at Mandalay Bay, passes to Swingers Golf Club, or a ride from the airport in a luxury car. We delivered 94 rides, over 50 rounds of minigolf, and plenty of drink tickets to celebrate property managers.
Partying with our friends at AppFolio
Tuesday night brought the hottest party of the conference, the AppFolio and Second Nature After Party at Tailgate Beach Club. With performances from acrobats, two temporary tattoo artists, a live band, and more, it was the event of the week. We even got an appearance by our very own DJ Thad Tarkington to close out the night.
Over 750 people joined us at one of Vegas’s most exciting venues to celebrate, network, and have a good time.
