When This Policy Doesn’t Apply – Users of Our Products and Services
If you are an officer, employee, contract worker or other authorized user of one of our business customers contracted to our residential benefits package services and/or resident experience platform, or if you are a resident, tenant, customer or client of such business customer accessing and using our residential benefits package services and/or resident experience platform in connection with your relationship with our business customer, then this Policy does not apply to any information collected or processed by us in such contexts. You will need to refer to our RBP Services and Platform Privacy Policy, available online at secondnature.com/resident-privacy-policy for information about our policies and practices for collecting and processing information in such contexts.
Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you can choose not to use our Website or otherwise provide us with any Personal Information (as defined below). By accessing or using our Website or otherwise providing us with any Personal Information, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. When we make changes to this Policy, we will post the updated Policy on our Website and update the Policy’s “last modified” date. We will also provide notice of any material changes as explained in the section below titled “Changes to Our Privacy Policy.” Your continued use of our Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.

Additionally, if you maintain a profile, résumé, or CV on a publicly-available website, we (or our third-party service providers acting on our behalf) may collect certain publicly-available information about your professional qualifications and contact details to evaluate your suitability for potential employment by us. This information may include your first and last name, educational background, professional or employment-related qualifications (for example, years of experience, publications, and skills), work history, work title, contact information (including phone number and email address) and other employment-related information.
Sensitive Personal Information
Except as expressly described above in the section titled “Personal Information We Collect – Employment Opportunities” (regarding collection of citizenship and demographic information submitted by job applicants to us on a voluntary, optional basis), we do not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Information about you, such as government-issued identifying numbers; financial account details; precise geolocation information; information about your racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; the contents of your mail, email, or text messages unless we are the intended recipient of the communication; genetic data; neural data; biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying you; information concerning your health; or information concerning your sex life or sexual orientation (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”). How We Collect Information
With the exception of Technical Information and Internet Activity information (which we or our third-party service providers collect automatically as you navigate through or interact with our Website, as described below in the section titled “Traffic, Usage and Computer/Device Information”), we primarily collect your Personal Information directly from you when you provide it or submit it to us directly in connection with requesting additional information from us (such as by signing up to receive an e-newsletter or other marketing and promotional information about us or our products and services), responding to a voluntary survey you have agreed to complete, contacting us for service inquiries or to report a problem with our Website, submitting a job application through our Website, submitting an inquiry to us using the contact methods or customer support tools provided on our Website or otherwise, or otherwise contacting us about our Website, our business or our products and services.
In addition, from time to time we may engage certain third-party service providers who combine information we have collected about you with other information they have access to, such as mailing addresses, which we may use, for example, to send you relevant marketing and promotional information and offers via direct mail advertisements, e-mail, or text messages. In addition, we do not permit other parties, including third-party advertisers, ad networks, ad servers, Internet providers or mobile device providers, to use cookies, web beacons, or other embedded code or tracking technologies to collect Personal Information about your online activities over time and across third party sites for tracking purposes when you use our Website.
Therefore, our Website does not respond to any “do not track” signals sent by your computer, browser or mobile device, and if your computer, browser or mobile device sends a “do not track” signal to our Website, our Website will not treat you differently from users who do not send such signals. Google Analytics may use a Google Analytics cookie as part of this service, and we may share certain Personal Information with Google Analytics as part of this service. You may also request that we correct Personal Information that is inaccurate in our records (a “Request to Correct”). You may also request that we delete the Personal Information about you that we have collected or that we maintain (a “Request to Delete”). Upon receipt of your Request to Know, Request to Correct, or Request to Delete, as part of our security measures and as required by law we will take steps to verify your identity in order to confirm that the person making the request is actually the person about whom we have collected Personal Information (i.e., that the “you” making the request is actually you). We will verify your identity and confirm your request by asking you to confirm and verify certain Personal Information we already have on file for you.
