Wolfgang Croskey has been in property management long enough to have done every job in it — from stuffing envelopes and unclogging toilets to building the systems that make a PM business run. He holds a Master's Degree in Education and spent years as a teacher and school leader before returning to real estate full time.

Today he is Co-Founder of Crane, a community for property management professionals across the US and Canada, and Co-Founder of the Property Management Systems Conference. He has been recognized as a leader within NARPM and is known in the industry for helping operators build businesses that actually scale.
