Group Rate Internet FAQs

Group Rate Internet is a program that provides gig-speed internet to single-family rental homes at a reduced cost. By leveraging our more than one million units, Second Nature is able to secure reduced rates from major internet service providers across the country, and pass on those savings to you.
Group Rate Internet leverages the more than one million units that already use Second Nature, providing strong negotiating power. While multi-unit buildings have historically been able to negotiate their own contracts, single-family rentals have typically been left out. We also have agreements in place with multiple ISPs, providing maximum coverage and savings.

Our Group Rate Internet program provides gigabit speed internet.
When your resident moves out, Second Nature will automatically detect the move-out date from your property accounting system. Your resident will receive an email from Second Nature with specific instructions from their internet service provider for move out. The property will remain eligible for Group Rate Internet, and service billing will be paused until the next resident moves in.
